★ ★ ★ ★ ★ although the project was postponed last year due to the early snow, it has been progressing very smoothly this year. The installation of the system was finished in July. During the process, we have had a very good cooperation with Aguibcreations technicians and managers. We look forward to the first snow and expect that the system will play its role.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric, Jessica and their team were highly efficient, very easy to work with and exceeded our expectation of the project. Not only did they used high quality materials and a heating system beyond reproach, they were also able to handle the difficult bureaucracy and negotiations with the city.
Their expertise of engineering guaranteed that our SUV would be able to descend a short and steep slope into a small 1930's garage entrance. This also involved a reconstruction of the sidewalk. Thus they dealt with the «bureau de l'urbanisme» and collaborate with the city sub contractors. Even though there were delays due to the city's involvement, Eric and Jessica's professionalism and communication greatly minimize the stress the project's construction.
They also advised us on every aspect of the project including choices of pavers, stone wall, and drain. These choices permitted us to use the pedestrian door on the garage door that had been non-functional.
We are truly satisfied with the result. In fact we will use them again for our front walkway and other projects.
We highly recommend the company. Thank you for your amazing job and thank you for being a contractor who took the time to listen, communicate and find solutions to accommodate our needs (eco friendly products, size of SUV, pedestrian door...) in a small complicated project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can absolutely attest, without reservation that Eric and his team are phenomenal and that Aguib Creations is THE company you want for a beautiful quality heated driveway. One year after initially consulting with Eric and committing to this project, we hired Eric and his team for our heated driveway which was installed December 2019 in DDO. My family and I are elated! Fantastic. There are no heated driveways in our area and we are the talk of our block.
More importantly we found Eric and his team to be professional, pleasant, reliable and honest. He was spot on with his estimate (no hidden fees) and the work done is top notch. Eric's crew are experts. We were impressed with Eric's attention to detail and that he personally verifies (at whatever time of day needed!) to ensure that the best quality work has been done, questions and concerns have been addressed and that the customer is satisfied.
If you choose to have a heated driveway (which you should consider in this crazy Quebec climate) - Aguib Creations is the best company you will have the pleasure of working with. You wont regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience working with Eric and his team has been a very positive one. They are real pros, extremely knowledgable about every little detail, and meticulous. While the installation stage was seamless and on schedule and rigorously within the budget discussed, the real magic started with the after-sale service. Eric has always been available for our questions, he has passed by after every single snow fall to make sure the system is functioning properly, and has made the necessary adjustments.
Jessica has also been an indispensable member of the team, managing the relationship and the communication very efficiently.

We got their system installed in front of our clinic to secure the entrance of our customers more than a year ago and the front surface to the sidewalk all the way to our access ramp (wheelchairs) have been free of ice and snow ever since. The workers were not only polite and careful -they had great ideas that have helped facilitate the access to the clinic while the work was done.
If you are seriously looking at investing in a snowmelt product. I highly recommend you use SNOWMELTING.ca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2020 purchased a home which included a heated driveway and staircase designed and installed by Eric Aquip/Snowmelting Inc. I had no previous background with this type of system and during the following 2 seasons called Eric for assistance on 3 occasions. He responded quickly, answered my questions and patiently walked me through how to program the system controller when I wanted to adjust the options. Additionally, I elected to upgrade the system circuit breakers when I was out of town and was comfortable remotely providing Eric access to me home.
Very happy with professional service provided..

Snowmelting.ca is just such a company. The entire team takes friendliness, professionalism and competence to another level. Even when there are issues involving another subcontractor, they still take care of all issues and repairs without any trouble or hassle to the client. Our driveway repair was complicated due to width, length, and inclination issues yet the job was done seamlessly. The Chrystal System is also worth its weight in gold! My only hope is that this company continues to thrive and prosper as it is definitely a business model to emulate. Much thanks to Eric, Jessica, Maria, and the entire team.

Always friendly, ready to answer questions and to provide advice along the way. They were also very respectful of not only our property during the work, but also that of our neighbours. They do things the right way. We could not be happier with the final result, aesthetically it is absolutely beautiful and functionally speaking the heating system (driveway and walkway) has not missed a beat, works like a charm.
