Beautiful place with an amazing waterfall. Right on Sproat lake. Campsite host Connie is great and keeps the place in good stead.

Fantastic camp site! It is down a very rough road. It's on the edge of the lake. When I was there the water was warm like tub water. Amazing!!

I've been emailing them for weeks now about an issue and no one is getting back to me. No phone numbers, email communications only yet they never respond. Wouldn't recommend. UPDATE: After calling numerous numbers and emailing different people I got a call back and my issue was finally resolved. The lady was kind and efficient. The amount of research and run around I had to do for weeks is unfortunately still upsetting.

Would of gave it higher rating but someone broke into our campsite and stole a bunch of our belongings. Our fault for not making sure every little thing was secure before going to the water for the afternoon. The email for the camp ground doesn't respond so don't bother emailing them. The campsite itself is wonderful. Right next to the lake and within close range to hikes in the area.

The campground is fantastic, the directions are not. I got lost up the mountain for 4 hours and I hope I can help anyone else avoid that. Take Hwy 4 all the way the way till you cross the bridge at Taylor River, turn left after 400m onto Nahmint/South Taylor Main Forest Svc Rd and the entrance is like 20 min down the gravel road on the left. 4 hours on the mountain is not fun, no cell service and car died.

A charming campground on the lake side, clean and calm. Cannie, the host is so nice and friendly. Do not listen to Google Map, there are access (gravel/service roads) from either east (Port Alberti) or west (Tofino). I got two bars reception in my spot - it was great to do an urgent banking job! $18/night
