It all started with Juan. He pursued CathWear from the beginning and sent emails and phone calls to earn our business. Even though I kept ignoring his correspondences, he still gently and professionally persisted.
Then one day I decided to take his phone call and my company started growing in sales within 90 days. They assessed our customers and focused the finances to target them directly.
Snaptech is a gift from God in my life, in CathWear and the patients we're helping which struggle with the use of wearing leg bags.
