Jumpstart is extremely well run and organized. They operate with a high degree of integrity and high work standards. Pay cheques are always on time and are accurate. Pay is above industry average. I worked with an intelligent and caring group of colleagues and managers. What can I say, seems more like family now. To conclude, you will be in good hands with Jumpstart either as an employee or client.

The management team was very supportive, and working with Jumpstart was so much fun. Having many years of business and financial experience now, I look back on this project and appreciate how Jumpstart's compensation was very competitive, always paid on-time and accurately. Overall it was a memorable experience. I would be happy to work with them again in the future.

I want to talk about Jumpstart's management philosophy as it relates to employee development and advancement within the company. I started in an entry level sales position for 2 months then was promoted to middle management and within 9 months was head of a project team of 100 employees in BC and Alberta reporting directly to the President. Hard work, works! Persistence pays big dividends! It has been many years since I left Jumpstart, but I look back and the lessons learned were invaluable. I made great money and as a bonus I had a blast doing it!

The Leadership Team was organized, motivational, and extremely professional. In fact, I have made lifelong friends with some of the Jumpstart staff. Now 23 years later I am still friends with some of the people I worked with so many years ago. The administration side of Jumpstart was equally as impressively run. Wages earned was competitive and pay cheques were always on time and accurate. If you are considering employment with Jumpstart dive right in, you won’t regret it. If you are a client looking to contract with Jumpstart you will be in good hands !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fido (later acquired by Rogers Wireless) retained Jumpstart to co-ordinate all aspects of a University and College Campus Campaign in BC & Alberta and then subsequently to staff and operate 15 retail kiosk locations selling Fido mobile phone services.
The initial campaign was for a 3-month product launch, but was extended for 1.5 years based on the strong sales results and outstanding customer service provided by Tyler and the Jumpstart team. They were a key player in the success of Fido’s launch and market expansion. I have had multiple business interaction with Tyler and his team since that time and they consistently provide highly professional, trustworthy and results driven service.
