She makes the icbc process extremely easy, by direct billing to ICBC so I don’t have to worry about paying privately. The experience I’ve had so far is great as you can choose to do the counselling over the phone or in person. I have problems with driving due to the accident so having the option of counselling over the phone is great! Naushina is very passionate and she helps me become a more discipline student by teaching me how to live with the problems I’m having right now, using research based cognitive behavioural therapy.
