We purchased a dryer and fridge from this company several months ago. We were told fridge was only a few years old (my bad for not verifying and trusting them...turns out its 11 years old after I checked the serial number) 4 months later the fridge stopped working. called them and asked to have someone come look at it. We were not getting a straight answer from the store. The gentleman working told me he'd call us back with a update before the end of the day, which he did not do. When i called the next day and talked to someone else they said the service tech was off and they wouldn't be able to assist us. On another occasion we had a washing machine stop working (this was not one we purchased from them). I called SMS and setup a appointment time, which ended up being on a Sunday. The tech did not show up and no one answered the phone. When i finally got a hold of the store on the next working day they said their tech had something come up and couldn't come out. They did not bother to call us to give us a heads up or reschedule. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company

? Do not use this company. Two weeks ago we paid them $100 to have a fridge delivered. Now, they are refusing to deliver the fridge without sending them more money.

We were told that our appliance will be delivered at THEIR convience, when they are in our area next. We paid extra for a delivery service and we have no idea when we will get our fridge.

Make sure you check every part of the oven before you use it. There was a ridiculous amount of oven cleaner left in my oven under the bottom panel. Just lazy cleaning.

Just bought washer n dryer n told both work…nope !! Washer still had lots of water in it when we unloaded at home, in KENORA !!, and nothing worked !! We had asked for refund of our down payment earlier before pick up as our truck broke down n weren’t able to pick up so we HAD to borrow a truck to get to city. We figured they were honest n everything would work but of course nothing works !! Unprofessional and rip offs !! We will be returning both washer n dryer n expect refund or small claims it is !!

Update: After leaving a voicemail and this review I was contacted by the store and told they had the part but would ship with the rest of the parts they were waiting on. I was told it would take a week. Later that evening the manager called me, she said she would ship the part directly to me. She called me again after the weekend to let me know the part was shipped and called me again today to see if I received it and if it was working. Which it is. I wish it didn't take me to write a nasty review and a nasty message to receive better service. But the supervisor was very friendly helpful and understanding giving me her direct line if I ever have anymore problems. So for that I am thankful and so far have been able to do laundry properly. Suggestion would be to make sure the appliances are for sure in working order before putting them.out for sale and that they have received a full detail cleaning. Also to have the prices already decided so that phone calls do not need to be made to make sure of price. And to.give the employees the lowest they are willing to receive for the item Also to double check age and price that the item could be purchased brand new. I found some items are way overpriced for the age they were. So for now I will.increase my rating from 2 stars to 3.5 Original Iwent in to buy a fridge, ended up getting a washer and dryer too. Was told everything works. Lucky the fridge and dryer have been. But the washer needs to valves. I called about it. It took a few tries to get the info to them and them agreeing to fix it. But because I picked up. I'd have to bring the washer back to them to have it fixed instead of them coming to me. They said they would let me know when the parts are in. I called 3 weeks later and they said they are still looking for parts. And that even if they ordered new it would takes weeks. (So I am waiting g for them to find second hand parts?) I called my local appliance repair. They said new parts will cost about 230 and would be here in less then a week. They were friendly but not doing much to help a customer out. It's been 5 weeks and still don't have a proper washer. I'd just like them to be on top of there stuff. Shouldn't make a customer wait like this. Order the new parts. When I looked more into new appliances. They are charging way to much for second hand.

Recent Update: company reached out to rectify the problem, they were given the chance to address the issues, They came and fixed the issues, to try to gain back costumer loyalty, I will give them another chance to earn my continued business based on after sales experience. If a company is willing to work on a problem with a costumer I feel they should be given a chance to learn from their mistakes. Previous experience: Company makes false promises and takes advantage of you. They are liars and typical scam practice. If their machines run how they operate their " business " I would stay away with a 100ft pole!!! We paid for delivery, the owner said it's a third party company that does deliveries and on the day of delivery the owner himself shows up in a uhaul!! 4 hours late! And starts making excuses! Damaged my stairs and walls and just left the machine there in the hallway without installing it which I paid for!!! Then tried to extort more money to come back to finish the installation! Do not use this company, they make false promises and they are liars! Typical of people from this demograph. I have heard of people like these who use homeowners equipment as hostage and start demanding more money when leaving them in a vulnerable position. Do not use them. Bad service and liars!
