★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently started my Invisalign journey with Smiles Orthodontics because I was told my all other "Top" orthodontists that my case was too complex and that I would need a minimum of 2 years on regular braces and elastics. I am close to my 30s and couldn't see myself with a mouth full of braces. Anyhow, I came across their ad online and thought sure i'll get on the free virtual consult (honestly thinking I would hear the same thing again) and to my surprise Dr. Mackenzie said I was a candidate for Invisalign AND it could be done in 6 months!!! I couldn't believe it, she recommends using a Propel which speeds up the process and soothes the teeth at the same time. Dr. Mackenzie is in the top 1% of Invisalign orthos in North America so that explained why she could do it. The staff at the clinic are all super nice and caring, they definitely go above and beyond. If you're looking to have your perfect smile, you should give them a try. Special thanks to Riju, Lori, Jocelyn and Dr.Mackenzie.

I truly felt they cared and will make sure Invisalign is catered to my needs, not just blindly following the AI software. I cannot wait to get started!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful experience! The team at the clinic is so warm, helpful, and professional and my journey thus far could not have gone smoother. Totally hassle-free with different payment options, and Riju’s expertise at the front desk made the experience that much better. The scan and consultation was so encouraging and seeing the “after” rendering was really part of the selling point. Dr Mackenzie is a renowned ortho on the North Shore and I have no doubts the rest of my aligner journey will go seemlessly. Highly recommend Smiles Orthodontics!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently having Invisalign treatment through Smiles Orthodontics in North Vancouver, with Dr. MacKenzie, & their service has been amazing! Every staff member there is a joy to deal with, & so knowledgable. I have gone with their Smile Refresh option, along with the Propel add-on to accelerate my treatment time. With this, I should be able to change my aligners every 4 days, & the whole process should be complete in 3 months time. I am so happy already :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently half way through my Smiles journey and on my second set of retainers (4 months in w/ propel), having already seen a ton of improvement in my teeth! During my initial consult, Dr. Mackenzie and Jocelyn were extremely informative, providing a great treatment plan and visual to help attain my desired results. Along with Riju and Dr. Lam, I have felt very well taken care of where no question, concern, or email ever goes unanswered. My Invisalign has worked to help correct my bite, and in the process also alleviated a lot of pain and locking associated with my diagnosed TMJ. If I had known I could have said goodbye to tension headaches a long time ago and gotten beautiful teeth in the process, I would have signed up years ago! I highly suggest Smiles Orthodontics. You won't be disappointed, and couldn't be in better hands.

Always more than willing to answer your questions, relieve your doubts, and overall just make the process as smooth as possible. You can tell the products are cutting edge and Dr. Mackenzie is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for Invisalign!
And a special shoutout to Riju for going the extra mile and bringing in some hand made momos (type of dumplings for those who don't know) on the day of my installation. 5/5 for those as well!

Dr. Dalia and Jocelyn were patient and thorough in trying to resolve the issue. They also took the time to give me helpful advice on how to care for my teeth. Jocelyn even gave my retainer the best clean of its life! A special shout-out to Riju, who went above and beyond—graciously caring for my little baby the whole time! Such a lovely and knowledgeable team.
