★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to my appointment today and they had no record of my appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I had called first thing Monday morning and even what appointments were offered to me over the phone then. They had had two cancellations for the week and I was so happy to be able to get in.
The receptionist today said I could either rebook again or wait around to see if there were any no shows that day.
I told her I had booked time off of work for this appointment and had drove in from out of town. Left feeling frustrated and like it there was more that could have been done.
My husband and I will be going to a new dentist. We cant afford for this to happen to again.

We were walk-in clients, the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful gave us the necessary paperwork to fill out and we were accepted on the spot as new clients. First appointment went very well, the ladies were helpful, extremely thorough and informative every step of the way

Do I still have anxiety visiting a dentist YES but if I would recommend dental office this would be the one. Thank you for taking good care of me . State of the art dental treatment and care.

They were both very knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to find how willing they were to explain everything with passion and interest. I will highly recommend this office to everyone that I know.

Fantastic staff from the reception desk to the dental assistants and hygienists. Smile Dentistry is a comfortable modern space with up to date equipment and lots of parking! But most importantly Dr. Hansford and Dr. Zlatnik have assembled an experienced, professional team that work well together to deliver high quality care. Thanks for making my visit so positive, pain free, and easy.

I never thought I would have but the team and environment has blown my mind. Top notch professionalism, extremely talented group of people, maybe the best team I've ever witnessed work together. Well done and thank you so much for investing your time to my teeth. I feel ill even make this my dentist and I live almost 1000 km away.
