★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were supposed to call me back once physician’s available, in the same day as I was told. It was 4 days ago. I don’t think I’m gonna get a call from the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the other clinics were not taking new patients this was the only option I had, a virtual appointment! The doctor firstly said that bronchitis is another word for asthma which is so untrue, I needed a doctor's note in which he left out every other symptom I mentioned and just wrote cold in it, and is expensive! Didn't recommend anything to get better! The call literally lasted a minute! Very dissatisfied!
But, the assistant is a very cheerful and kind lady who made my experience better, and the 2 stars are for her!!
