★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking space and not a crowded plaza except on weekends. Still way better than plazas within the city. It's a good area and has Walmart with outdoor garden. On the opposite side there are a few restaurants and Dollarama so it's a good spot to get most of your stuff from the same area.
