I was helped by customer service agent Ruxandra Cirlova today to renew my home and auto policy. She is very quick to answer my phone call and provide professional service. She is also very patient answering my questions and processing payments. I received the receipts and proof of auto insurance via email quickly. I am very happy with her service.

Ruxandra was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. We reviewed all of my vehicles collision policies and she was even nice enough to let me know that they now have roadside assistance. The only downside to the phone call was that I was on hold for about 25 minutes. But it was nothing to do with the service.

Amr Ahmed was very helpful and attentive to our family's insurance needs. He spent lots of time helping us out and gave very good quotes. He was always punctual (for the calls and emails) and never left anything behind, being very attentive to details. He provided good customer service and demonstrated understanding of our situation, and has been very accommodating. Amr Ahmed provided an amazing experience for us as new Allstate clients!

In the most important part of the insurance you need the most is someone to respond to your claim and horrible service you receive no contact , no one responds to your emails when you need them the most when you go through a horrible time during accident with no fault. Good company for just small claims but REALLY not good for Automobile claims at all as they deal with another company for claims .. no response no calls no emails. You have to fight and spend most of your time over an hour on hold waiting then you reach for someone in over seas company or call centre after hours it is time consuming waisting money for sure. And car not getting repaired and sit in parked lot for body shop. Tell me you would go for a company like this answer is No. Really i will not be with them ince my car getting back i will even cancel policy right on the soot i just need my car back after repair

Recently had a car accident , they started my claim quickly , provided clear instructions. I hand the injury department call me same day and the physio place call me to set up appointments that same day. Impressed with the service. Makes it a much easier process.
