★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a last minute installation (needed TV mounted and set up for Super Bowl Sunday), I had experience with their service in the past getting my living room TV mounted. They where very well priced and quick and easy to work with, so i called them again. I called at around 1pm and they where at my house by 3:50 (right as scheduled on time). They didn’t have the mount I was needed but they made accommodations to get it. Ras was the technician that installed my TV he was polite and friendly, he asked where and what needed to be done and had it done in under a hour. My HDMI cords where too short but he cane prepared. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and will be contacting them again in the future. Thanks so much!

After Ras installed the my new central vacuum unit he noticed something was acting funny with the unit. It seemed fine to me. He could have left and said nothing.
However he was honest with me. Because of his experience and knowledge he identified that the unit had a manufacture defective mother board. Go figure, I took it back to the store and it was exactly that.
Ras went above and beyond to stay in touch with me until I got the new unit sent to me, came a week later and installed it.
ANDDD I got him to hide my cables below the tv on the 2nd visit :-)
