★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need help mounting our TV over our fireplace. We wanted to hire a professional as there are safety standards that must be followed. I called Alex and he was quick to respond and sent over one of his technicians, Ellias on the same day. We encountered some problems with how the studs were placed, but they were quick to give me options and resolved the issue. I highly recommend there services. My TV looks great and is perfectly centered. 5 out of 5 stars!

Very pleased all around!
Ps so happy we decided to go with your 2 arm tv bracket. It's much smoother then our old one and sturdier.

He was very professional and patient during the installation when we realized our ceiling wasn't straight, giving the appearance that the tv wasn't mounted straight which it was. He took lots of time to ensure we were happy with the way it was mounted given the issues with our ceiling.

Andrew was here at the time I requested and took care of everything within the hour, including a little tutorial on how to cycle through setup and operation. (Would have taken me hours to figure out.) He had thoughtful answers to all my questions. He even packed up our old TV, making it easy for me to move to my daughter's place. I highly recommend Setup Team's services.
