★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this drugstore has chosen to price gouge since the Covid 19 Pandemic started. Toilet paper at $22. Really? I can get almost everything at the neighbouring Valu Mart for a lot less. Needless to say, I will not shop there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy, overpriced, and lacks customer care. I personally never shop here because shoppers Drug mart has better deals and price is WAYY more fair and not overpriced. Very expensive to shop here and sometimes medicines are expired. I advise people to stay away from Rexall or IDA and just go to shoppers Drug mart instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy unorganized and slow. I waited 30 minutes they couldn't seem to find my prescription very lost. Told me they will call when it's ready. I left the store on my way back home only to have them call 2 minutes later to the house phone not cell to say it is ready so of course I wouldn't know this information till I came home. Now I need to go back the next day. Inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of the Bayview-Cummer branch of Main Drug Mart IDA as it is 5 minutes' walk from our house. I have to however express my great disappointment with the Pharmacy unit of this drug store. I have noted that their service is very slow and that the staff appears to be a bit disorganized. Tonight I went to get repeats of 4 medications which have been prescribed for me because I will be travelling and will be out of the country for a little over a month. The lady who attended to me noted my order and told me that the medication would be ready in a few minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes (during which time there were one or two other customers) I learned that the lady had gone home and that no one else behind the counter was aware of my order. They searched their system and eventually found it and my order will filled after having waited for approximately 25 minutes in all. This is obviously an extreme case but is indicative of the lack of order and attention in the manner by which the Pharmacy staff attend to their duties. As I said earlier, my normal experience is that the service is slow. I am normally a patient person but found that I just had to publicly express my great disappointment in the service in the hope that steps will be taken to improve it.
