★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many decades, this plaza has been an old faithful since the 1950s and has gone thru many changes. It has everything you need in a strip plaza setting.
Looks like the upkeep and care has has been maintained by a conscientious commercial property management company. Their latest upgrade, a few years ago, was worth it. There are a number of stores that have been there since over 40+ years ago.
In a day and age where these ol'school neighbourhood plazas are slowly disappearing and being hybrided into big box store plazas, or are completely being replaced due to the perceived lack of need for brick and mortar stores, it's refreshing to see the facelift given to the existing mature structures that still work with the neighbourhood like North Park Plaza. Hope it stays for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is fairly big and pretty much has everything you need, the shelves are always stocked and they're always Walmart attendance walking around the aisles to be able to help you with what you were looking for! The u scan area is extremely high-tech and a great addition.
