★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little more expensive than the big box stores, for some things. But the service is awesome. If they don't have it in stock at that time, they suggest to order on line and then pick up. Very helpful when looking for the right painting supplies or building materials. They offer helpful suggestions on your various projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem to have really gone down hill. The yard team used to be great. The last two times though I've had terrible yard service. Absolutely zero customer service for people who are not contractors. For what they charge for materials it's no longer worth the convenience. Windsor plywood next door has much better prices and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan 22nd update- wow are you kidding me?? I got a reply to my original review in regards to the Sunday closure so i figured that was nice of them, ill give this place another try...... I pull in today, a Saturday (really?!), and the store is closed for inventory. Again, no updates online. Brutal.....
Update your Sunday hours. I skipped the Langford location and continued all the way out here because I thought you were open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient and a good selection, but that comes with a price. Their lumber is, I'd estimate, 40% higher in cost than home depot. I just paid $14 for a 2x4 and $75 for a sheet of 4x8 osb. That's too much.

As a single woman, I often go to the front desk and talk to Barry, or Tom, or the other people on the desk and they have all given me incredible service, especially Barry. They will take time to show you in the store where your needed part is and explain how to install it. I can't thank them enough.
