D	Dorothy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had my boyfriend come in and sit in waiting room for over an hour, and when HE went up to receptionist and ask about why the wait, he was told they did not have the results in and were waiting for the results to come in. ???? Why on earth did they not call him and reschedule appointment for another day??? And to keep him waiting on nothing, especially not having the decency to tell him they do not have any results back??? Very unprofessional . This shows what little regard they have for their patients.(they expected him to continue to sit and wait, but what if the results never came in that day at all??). He got angry over this rude treatment, but I would have too. I would not ever go back to this place, and will tell everyone about his experience there.
K	Kelly Napier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 2 hrs. Arrived, waited 5 minutes.....went in and met with very knowledgeable member of the staff. Shown my new machine she explained all the bells and whistles....out the door within an hour. HIGHLY recommended from this CPAP user of 20 yrs. Thanks ladies.

Received a couple phone calls, during the trail, asking how things were & to tell me about the adjustments made to the machine. At the follow up explained what was going on & they allowed an optional trial of a different machine. Very professional & knowledgeable staff, will continue to use & recommend to anyone needing their expertise.

I came in not knowing what my test would be like and the girl there (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) was the absolute most wonderful human to work with! So pleasant and explained everything. She even answered my own curious questions about machines and what the tests do. She is truly a light in a dark world. I could not be happier with my appointment today
