Great place, but would like the ability to have printouts of my ultrasound and film our baby moving on my phone rather than get a pos CD that doesnt play. They give you a CD that doesnt work without specific programming, and even they dont know what programming that is, expecting you to have a computer to play it on and are horribly rude when asked if you can film for your partner (since they give out CDs).

I had my ultrasound done with Jamie today. She was very pleasant helpful and patient. Her kindness made the experience easier and helped me relax through the process. I wish u can get her when u go for your ultrasound. There is her and another lady who is amazing she is athletic beautiful long black hair I regret not remembering her name. The one I got before them was horrible. She talked down to me and my husband and she had no patience she was rude disrespectful and rough.. she even asked me what was my problem because I was in pain! she gave me horrible pictures for my ultrasound it was wast of money! I hope she gets fired she doesn’t deserve to work with people not animals she should be shipped to a different planet.

My experience with Peace Diagnostic Imaging has always been great when it comes to the actual technician that performs the ultrasound or xray. As for some of the other staff and their procedures for followups... that is another story. My doctor faxed over TWO requisitions for a followup ultrasound sooner than the original followup date (the new date was CLEARLY stated on the form) and BOTH times that requisition was discarded. I even called Peace Diagnostic the same day that my doctor sent the SECOND followup requisition form and dealt with an extremely rude front desk employee who cut me off mid sentence & was extremely dismissive. She continued to inform me that she was very busy and while we were talking she had to put 4 people on hold & that there was 15 people in the waiting room. I'm sorry but I am a patient just as all the other people she mentioned are too and my time is just as valuable as theirs. It's unfortunate that one bad apple can sour one's experience with an establishment such as this.

Went in for a chest x-ray several months ago which went fine. Had to follow up with another chest x-ray 6 months after and this time after reviewing my requisition for the chest x-ray they asked me a bunch of extra covid questions. I assured them it wasn't related to covid and I had no symptoms. I explained it was for the same issue I had months ago. The lady at the front went to talk to the technician and after returning said they cant do this x-ray here as they don't have the proper equipment. I knew they were lying as I had this done there before and I am certain they didn't want to do the x-ray because they were worried about COVID-19. After I was asking more questions they receptionist just started ignoring me. Terrible experience. Went to the hospital for the x-ray instead and had a far better experience.

Rude staff, front desk and techs. Would not allow anyone (including the father) to be in the room during an ultrasound. When we asked why this was they offered no explanation at first other than that it was policy. When pressed further they said in case they found anything wrong we wouldn't want anyone spying over the techs shoulders. Would pay out of pocket or drive hours not go there again. A terrible experience for what should be a wonderfully experience. And don't let them tell you that "not allowing the father in the room" is standard practice at most facilities as that is absolutely not the case at other places in Alberta, the rest of Canada, or any place in the world I have been.

I went in for a Mammo appointment. The staff at the front were very nice. I had mixed up the appointment time and had arrived an hour early. They were able to squeeze me in early so as not to waste my time. The appointment was smooth and comfortable-which I was not expecting. Highly recommend.

From front end staff to technician I had a positive rewarding experience. Each staff was patient and respectful. The test long and painkiller yet the staff understanding. I give them 100 % credit for making it an excellent experience

Excellent staff that treat you very well. Staff are professional and personable. They believe in offering service and have achieved just that. The women's floor is beautifully decorated and designed to ensure ladies feel comfortable. Well done!
