The nurses, administration staff and Doctors have always been friendly and professional. Yes some times it takes a while to get in for an appointment or the wait goes past your appointment time which is frustrating but life happens.

However, my mother went in today after booking her appt 3 or 4 weeks ago and had an extremely rude encounter. I am writing this for her because she does not have a google account. She got to the clinic and noticed a sign that said "gone for lunch be back at 13:45". She told the person there that she had an appointment for 1:00 and the lady proceeded to tell her that "she wasn't 3 people and that she could go to junction point, if she wanted". My mom didn't say much and walked out. I understand that these times are stuff and things are stressful for everyone. but booking an appt 3-4 weeks in advance should mean that there is someone there to do the work that they were boooked for. I also think the worker present could have been a little more professional about the sitaution and asked if my mom could come back instead of sending her elsewhere after she waited specifially for the GPRC Clinic. Like I stated earlier, I have been there before with no issues but I think this is something that should be addressed.

I'm here now for my second visit, a few others are here and we are all waiting for someone to show up. It's been 15mins and still no one in the lab. Wondering when they will tell us the lab is closed or if we will even see anyone today. Hopefully something happens soon,

Walked in thought like usual walk to the front desk to advise of my appointment and she abruptly says "hold on" right in your face. Seem to me there are always signs posted that staff will not tolerate verbal abuse etc but she can embarrass patients like that when you walk in. Biggest "B" I ever met.
d	don Carson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this health center for blood work for my heart condition today March 04 ,10 am The female security guard at the entrance is unprofessional and abusive to people you question why they can't wear there own masks in the center. Instead of explanation why and showing compassion she is abusive. She told one man to lose the attitude,and a older lady said she couldn't breath with this other mask and she pushed her to be upset and hysterical Why AHS hires these bullies to work the front door is not right. We are coming there for care and compassion and this is what you have to deal with. Pretty sad AHS
N	Nathalie Pawsey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put no star rating, I would. Had an appointment in January that I could not make because I was stuck in Mexico, couldn’t call out . So I rescheduled for today, appointment is at 1:50 and I was a little late,so I called at 2 pm to tell them I was in the parking lot about to walk in and she said that I was written off as a no show …seriously!!! And now I am no longer allowed to go there for appointments. I cannot believe this…insane. I took the time to call, I was literally in the parking lot . Not as if I didn’t show up!! They can make you wait for 30-40 minutes with appointment … but god forbid you run a tiny bit late. Message received, our time is not valuable but their is !!! Pretty rude
T	Tj Jacklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab and rest of staff are wonderful, security guard however has quite the attitude so don’t expect a warm welcome when you arrive. Never had any issue until they hired a security guard, usually a very pleasant experience until the last few times I went and not just towards me but to other people who came in as well, treats the elderly terrible. Really sad to watch honestly.
