โ โ โ โ โ I was shopping for a new mattress and Charu was very knowledgeable and professional. She had me try on different mattresses based on my needs and budget.
The entire process took about half an hour and it was worth every minute. I found the mattress that meets my needs and is within my price range.
The mattresses went on sale a week later and Charu was more than happy to make the price adjustment for me with no questions asked.
This was my first time shopping at Sleep Country and I would definitely go back.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been having a terrible neck and head pain each morning and someone suggested trying a new pillow. I was in the area, so went into this store.
Met Charu, the rep -on -duty, and she was fantastic. She not only educated me on different types of pillows, but also reviewed my sleeping posture and the type of mattress I have.
Overall, the new polar pillows are amazing and I have been waking up feeling fresh. Thank you Charu for great customer service and advice.

โ โ โ โ โ My Experience with this location of Sleep Country was as unpleasant as it could possibly be, I dealt with Sales associate Nimmie, and in my opinion she demonstrated a Poor Customer Experience, Very uncooperative and not doing her due diligence when a Customer orders a Product.
As this Organization Logo States:
"Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed"
That's not what happened in this Case.
Hope this will reach a listening Ears and it will initiate a better screening for Sales associate who ultimately represent Sleep Country.

Charu was very precise, her advise and assistance with selecting a mattress was bang on( price and the quality) .... there was no over selling, just straight up best advise for my need .... 5 sparkling stars !

We had an issue with delivery and she single handedly led the effort to find a workable solution. She is responsive and wonderfully helpful. The team at this location will not disappoint as they provide great service.

โ โ โ โ โ Stopped by here towards end of 2021 after getting some coffee at the Tim Hortons next door. Had problems for as long as I could remember never being able to find the right kind of pillow and always waking up in pain. The store employee there at the time, an older Asian gentleman wearing suspenders (didn't get a chance to get his name), was very patient and helpful with explaining the different kinds of pillows and their pros and cons.
Now a couple months later I decided to write this review because my experience with the Purple Pillow has been fantastic and I am finally able to fall asleep with ease, stay asleep, and wake up well rested and without neck or shoulder pain. I had never considered how much investing in a proper pillow would make such a huge impact in my quality of sleep but I am so thankful to the store for their help with this. I actually ended up returning and buying a second Purple Pillow for a family member who is also benefitting from it now too.

โ โ โ โ โ I can't remember when his slept last time. It was cold 2017, I'm thinking? He's taking up the whole bed. I can't sleep! I thought, and rolled over to the other side. Yes, that feels better. I thought, getting out of bed and heading to the bathroom. Back to bed, open the curtains, peek through the blinds โ bedside table, dimmed and silent, a phone, I see.
