M	Marie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to deal with a dishonest salesman who is desperate to make a commission and a company that has zero compassion for the sick and elderly; then you should shop here. Dishonest salesman and terrible for service from delivery. Refath, one of the salesmen, lied twice to me to make a sale. First, he showed me a different mattress than the one that was actually delivered. I was shown a pillow-top mattress and told that my 80 year-old mother would be getting it. Upon delivery, she received a very firm mattress with no pillow top. Secondly, he told me that I could get my 80 year old mother's old mattress removed by their removal service upon delivery of her new bed. I asked for a bag to cover her old mattress with because it was old and worn. He said that it didn't matter if it was dirty, they will take it anyway. Then when the delivery men arrive they take a picture of her old bed and refuse to take it away. I told Refath and he changes his story by lying and claims that we never discussed the condition of her old mattress. The Brick provided her with much better service the last time we replaced one of her old beds. They just gave us a bag to cover it with and took it away while wearing rubber gloves. Refath and this company have no compassion for an 80 year old and Refath is dishonest.

I make no comment on Sleep Country in general, but my experience here was exceptional, all because of the great customer service representative, Ameen.

Rifath is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a matrress within a very short period of time. Rifath is a great sales person, very personable. The delivery process was great. We received a call a couple of days before the delivery to confirm the details of the purchase and delivery address. The delivery came on time and the guys that delivered were very courteous. Would recommend this store.
S	Spirako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well i received a great mattress from Sleep Country and on time. The delivery driver asked that i pay for the mattress in full before they unload it from the truck. Had i known they would have been so reckless with their delivery i wouldnt have paid them the full deposit. The one guy dragged my mattress up the stairs like it was a piece of trash. Then instead of going over the balcony rail to get it over to the other side, they bent the mattress to swing it around the stairwell. No respect for personal property. Not sure if they are paid on piecework or what the deal is, but have some appreciation and care for peoples purchases! Terrible delivery drivers

He was able to recommend a suitable bed for my elderly mother and a new mattress for my partner and me. Excellent customer service. All the deliveries worked out perfectly and everyone is happy with their beds. Thank you, Rifath and Sleep Country!

There is a tendency for the salespeople to direct you towards the more expensive beds, instead of asking for a price range up front. The service is quite friendly otherwise.

Alex was very patient and called around to different stores to get us the headboard that we wanted. Both Alex and Kevin are such nice guys! Glad to have a location near us and proud to be shopping local for big purchases.

With his expertise, he was able to smoothly guide me through the process and he has a knack of finding exactly what you need. He was able to recommend the perfect mattress for me (which happened to be the first mattress I tried, even though I did try a few more) and I will definitely be coming back!
