★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was probably the worst customer service (not from the particular store but from the actual replacement services) i have received, took me 4 weeks to get a replacement bed frame. The one sent came with the wrong brackets which made the bed frame fall apart. When we finally decided we didn't want the bed frame because of poor quality they don't issue refunds. I wish I bought local products that would honour the products and stand behind what they give out. I had to be on the phone for 5 days (on hold for a couple hours a day) and send out multiple emails to multiple people to even issue this replacement bed frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a fairly soft bed and was directed to a couple of options which included the bed that was purchased. The bed in store felt soft, dipping in and curving around the hips. Once we received the bed it was extremely firm. When we went back in we were told the bed would soften but it hasn’t and is uncomfortable to sleep in.
The service at the location we went to was very good, as we were told the delivery people would set up the bed and platform but they refused. We were generously compensated, however the quality of the product (compared to previous beds bought through sleep country), including cost was not very good this time around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rep that I dealt with was awesome. Friendly courteous and extremely helpful. I couldn't remember what the pillow was that I had purchased 6 years earlier in a different outlet but I wanted the same one again and he was able to find the record of that purchase on his computer and find exactly what I was looking for. They still had the same model in stock and I was able to pick up a couple more of that model.
