Within 30 minutes we found fantastic new rims and tires and had them installed right away. Ricky really knows what he is talking about and is very professional – could not be happier.

I was very pleased with his service and will definitely go back when I need new tires. I didn’t shop around much since I was told Ricky had great prices but for the tires and rims I think I got a great deal. The rims were customized to match my car make, which was a big surprise and makes them look super high end.

They were very accommodating and patient with me from beginning to the end as to my peculiar request for both of my cars. Ricky provided great service with great quotes. Every interaction we've had has been great. All quotes are given quickly and with a few options to match different budgets. I bought new tires for both cars and with installation it was still the best price around. He was quick and wasted no time; he sprang into action right away. Appreciated that as time is critical for me. This is the second time around that am using Skywheel services and I have been satisfied both times. Ricky wasn't available at the time because he was out test driving another customers car before delivery....so of course I appreciated this. It took me a few more weeks, due to my own schedule, to visit again and boy am I glad I waited. Ricky hooked up a sweet deal, offered professional advice from his 32+ years in business and guided me toward the perfect solution. Once we selected the tires and rims...it only took Edwin (another great fellow on Ricky's team, a technician from Bombardier) 30 mins to have everything installed. My wife and 2 year old daughter was with me and I just dropped them off at Markville Mall. Ricky is a fun, knowledgeable and honest professional...can't wait to see them again.
