T	Tanya Ripley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were not cleaned, supplies(towels, sheets, toilet paper etc) were not delivered till 2 and a half days into our stay. Some of the electricity didn’t work in rooms, a bathtub in one room didn’t work. There was hardly any hot water for 2 days. Difficult to reach the owners and when compensation for a terrible stay was requested a small fee was offered despite all the issues detailed about.

O	Omer Romdhani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! We booked a lodge with them and the experience was horrible. They gave us the wrong adress to start with. Took us 2 hours to find the place. Then, when we got there, the bed sheets were not washed, full of hair. There was no toilet paper, no dishwaher soap and the wifi was not working. We contacted the person we booked with for a compensation. She argued that we were lying event though we weren’t. I would not recommend to anyone. It’s a shame we couldn’t do anything about it.

We were first recommended to Heather through my son's mogul coach when visiting for the first time to Apex Mountain resort for a spring ramp camp. We needed a room last minute and Apex was sold out, so Heather went out of her way to find us a hotel in Penticton and made personal arrangements for us to be looked after. She then treated us as her new best friend and worked tirelessly to find us a room for our second night. That condo was absolutely perfect for me and my son. Her communication and attention to detail was something I have never seen in short-term rentals. I run a short-term rental business myself and know what it takes to make a guest experience perfect. Heather delivered that time and time again. Do not hesitate to reach out to SkyRun for your next visit to Apex. The problem with Airbnb at Apex is that the host is often miles away and can't deal with issues should they rise, whereas Heather and her team are on site and work tirelessly to make everything perfect!
