Great family skiing with almost no queues for lifts. Often sunny above the clouds. A few grest options for lunch or bring your own and use the lunch room. Ski shop and rental available. Ice skating loop and more.

Not as big as big white or whistler, but it invokes reminiscing of when I was younger. Something about the atmosphere and the employees that just makes you feel at home. Also the skating loop is a must try. bring your film cameras, a fresh roll and explore!

Love this mountain. Not too big, but the chairs wait times are super breezy. You can get a lot of runs in! Great for all, nice mix of runs. It is a very steep hill compared to local vancouver hills. Love coming here!

I had a 1 hour intro to snow lesson today to learn how to snowboard. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, but I wanted to give a shout-out to my snow school instructor, David. He was very patient and personable, and went above an beyond to make this an enjoyable learning experience!

Great snow and people. Lots of challenging runs. Not as long of lines for the lifts as some of the other ski hills in the area. Fast lift and no lines means you get a lot of skiing in.

Driving - well maintained, narrow paved road from the west, and the road up the mountain has quite a few switchbacks but the road is wider and it's safe to navigate even if you meet another car. Parking - the parking lot is close to the village which is nice, and the snow is pushed up well Tickets - we have reciprocal passes from another hill and the ticket process is always smooth but there can often be lineups first thing in the morning Rentals - we have our own gear now but last year the rental process was smooth and the bunny hill is right outside the exit which was nice Village - cute little village, with a hillside bistro food window that's super convenient with good prices, not the inflated ski hill prices you might expect. $5.50 for a egg + bacon breakfast sandwich and they even pressed it in a panini grill. Yum. We use the lunch room and bring our own food for the most part. Haven't been in the restaurant yet. Hill - the chairlifts are kind of far from the village, with a decent slope at the beginning so snowboarders don't have to walk. But if you catch an edge and fall down, forget it - you're walking the rest of the way. :) Runs - there are only a couple options for greens, lots of nice wide blues and lots of short blacks. To get back to the village there are a few different traverse trails that are your typical cat tracks. Overall - a fantastic family hill. My kids are comfortable going off on their own and I know they won't get lost. Friendly staff and fantastic snow every time we've been there. Even on a warm day (+1) the snow didn't get slushy, just a bit soft.

We went on Monday, which was a really good choice. There weren't very many of us, so there were no lineups, no stress being slow on the mountain, (I'm a beginner), and plenty of help if you needed it. This is a really great ski spot, with so many different level runs and plenty to do if you just want to hang around for a bit. The restaurant was a step up from the usual fast food type, with very healthy choices and not expensive. The rental experience was fast, and easy, and the staff was super accommodating, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time here and can't wait to go again. For me, a recreational, reasonably decent skier, I found the green and blue runs to be perfectly suited, and I especially loved being able to ski a comfortable run all the way from the top to the village without fear, but still able to build up a decent speed (grandfather run). Nice!
