★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family always book from Skyroute travel. My ticket got changed and nothing was written for luggage allowances. So I just called to confirm. And the Person I talked to was RESHMA. I explained her the situation. and mentioned to her that ticket was issued by Sheetal but she is on vacation that's why I am calling so someone can confirm luggage. From the beginning she was very rude. Gave her my confirmation number. She said she is not able to find anything!! Does she know how to look first? Then I told her if that's the issue I can forward you the ticket which I received from Skyroute. To which she said that I should email Sheetal!! I politely told her but she is on vacation and I don't want to bug someone when they are on vacation!! Finally she gave me her email! that too wrong and in rude way!! What did I do wrong? I just wanted my travel services to confirm my luggage? Is it too hard? I paid my fees! and after all this this is what I am getting! Finally she told it's 1 luggage! so I asked her can you check if I need add luggage at another airport also? To which she rudely said that I don't know when you book by your own you will see!! And if you have any questions email Sheetal. I don't know anything about this! After this she hung up. She also said I don't know how to send email!! Well Reshma I am from IT and I know how to send an email! Skyroute travel just lost me and 6 members of my Family! Plus another relatives and friends who now I will ask not book from Skyroute!

They make the plans with you and help you get the best for your money. I can’t wait until we are able to travel again and have Skyroute help plan the destination! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Save yourself and go to another agency. This place is a fraud. Mrs. Nahid Pakrvan from Sky-route travel was supposed to find us a pet friendly flight for traveling with our puppy. Not to say she booked a wrong flight unprofessionally and didn’t take any responsibility. She left us with a big penalty on each ticket.
Worst booking experience ever.

She is such a professional travel agent who kindly bore with me, literally spent the whole working day to meet my changing demands and made a very complicated travel plan of mine achievable. Highly recommended as he is very professional , helpful and always give us ideas how to make our journey more pleasant & comfortable. I have checked his price quotes many times and its always competitive. Does not matter its pleasure or business trip or last minute change of plans after buying tickets i trust this agency.
