He literally didn’t speak to me, asked few questions and put me on hold even without asking me. I waited for 9 mins on phone and hung up. I could hear him speaking to his staff or spouse while I was on call with him. This is the worst customer service I have received in Canada. My advise to all my friends is that, never choose this travel agency. We would need some after service and these guys are really bad at customer service. They would ignore us and give a really bad time. Anyone with a system and internet can do this business. But respect and customer service is what makes the difference. Hope this review helps my fellow brothers and sisters here. Please think twice before putting your money on Alex and his team.

As the tickets were for senior citizens and the travel rules are frequently changing, I was looking for an agency who can listen to our requirements and book the tickets. Dora was extremely helpful. She patiently listened to all the needs and presented me with different options from which we were able to book. Several weeks after booking, we got a note from the airline that one of the connecting flights got cancelled and hence the airline rescheduled to another flight with just 10 minute layover. I called Airroute and Dora was able to quickly sort out the issue. Highly appreciate the professionalism and Responsiveness.

The owner Mr. Alex is very professional and attentive. Even if its out of their office times, he will manage to accommodate your needs especially if you are stuck in a airport in another country and its 2 am here in Canada!!. We have had the best experience while our family got stranded in Muscat due to the Oman air covid testing stress plethora. He was always there to attend our calls and provided proper directions and even contacted Indian embassy in Oman for his customers. We never found such a great travel agency ever in Canada. To add, Ms. Dora, who works in the office is exceptionally wonderful in finding you the best deals. She will spend time to get you the best possible deals and never rush you to pick an expensive ticket which is not favorable for your situation. So, when you call next time, ask for Dora and find it out yourself. Keep up the good work Ms. Dora. just FYI, they are super busy with calls all the time. Which is understandable because everyone need the best deal and they call the best agency. That means there will be wait times and some times they take couple hours to get back depends how busy they are. Still, they have the best pricing even for the last minute flights so personally I don't mind the calling back and forth.
