I contacted Skrt Plumbing & Heating after our water heater malfunctioned. They replied promptly and were able to make a same-day appointment for us. They were punctual and very professional and arranged to bring some parts after diagnosing what the issue might be. They provide great customer service and we finally decided to get a new water heater.

I am very satified with the result. Now my combi boiler works perfectly with the in-floor heating system. It's quite and enery-saving. I really appreciate the great work and effort of Skrt. And their charges are reasonable.

He quoted for replacement tanks and a tankless system and didn’t try to sell me on any particular one. His quote was fair and we decided to go with Skrt. Of all the plumbing services I was about to get a hold of, Skrt Plumbing was able to suggest a comparable replacement tank and gave me a quote at a reasonable price that was equally competitive to the larger plumbing services around town. Sean and a member of his team showed up earlier than scheduled the following day and made quick work of the removal and installation.
