BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!!!!!! hired this guy called (Farrok) through Kijiji to come and install hot water tank which I bought from home depot he charged me 350$ for installation and left based on the tank is working and will take few hours to get the heat going according to him,,,,, few hours later my tenant texted me that there is no hot water,,, he came over and check it and told the tenant to switch it off and on again and will work I did contacted him to inform him that this is not the way how it should work as it is brand new tank and he told me that is the manufacture deficit I contacted the company and they sent me the technician right away to check the tank and I was told that there is nothing wrong with the tank its the installation problem he put too many elbows that does not meet what the standard of the manual and fitting pipe was not the right size as it could melt and put people at high risk of poisoning due to carbon monoxide (attached the pic of the pipe that he put and manual standard) contacted him back with the technician from home depot explaining to him the problem that he made and asking him to come and fix it since he got paid for it (attached recommendation letter ) he asked me to pay him more for coming over and get it fixed and he has to break the wall and its not going to be under his responsibility, now how shall I trust this guy that the work will get done after paying him more since unable to do it at the first time and how do I assume that the work will be done after his visit and not asking for more money ????? seems he wanted to milk more money and every time will come up with different story to ask for more and the work will never gets done, now I end up paying someone else to do the job properly and I will be taking him for law suit for all of these lies that he come up with wasting my time and my tenants time and staying 5 days without hot water and tying to blame it on others instead of doing the job that he asked to get paid for...... save yourself the hassle and hire someone who knows how to do the job.

Five stars! I was having problems with my shower ( no water, weird noises ) so I called UPHS, they responded in less than ten minutes and they sent Farrokh to give me a quote, he was very helpful and managed to find the problem in no time! It only took him 2 hours to fix what would take anyone else 4. He even gave me a first time costumer discount of 10% off. This was the first time using UPHS, but it won't be the last!

Twice I have used his services. Was readily available and arrived quickly. Both times repair options were explained and completed promptly. Will call again when in need of plumbing services.

Called United Plumbing to have a water heater installed as it was leaking. Farrokh responded immediately and was able to do it within the hour. He quoted a good price and completed the job in a timely manner and left the place spotless.

Excellent professional service. Showed care to my needs, very knowledgeable and did a terrific job. Very committed and polite. Reasonable price. I recommend Farrokh and I will call him again.

We called United Plumbing on a Sunday evening around 6:30 pm, and Farrokh showed up as promised within 15 minutes. He fixed the issue we had with our bathtub faucet in no time at a reasonable price and great quality. We are calling him next for another major plumbing project we have been putting off for quite a while now.

Clogged drains. Previous house owner used sink as grease disposal. This company came early the next morning to resolve our issue and get us back on track to proper drain health. Excellent service and professionalism. Took care to keep the mess from spreading by using a plastic dropcloth in his work area. Very reasonable and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to help us in our time of need. Two thumbs up!
