I recently had work done which had a factory part failure and they replaced it with warranty no questions asked. I'd recommend skr to any friends family or co workers. Sean's a great guy to do business with, go see him if you need any work done.
H	Hook Cranes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff was nice, from what I seen not supported by the owner or the foreman. I took our crane truck there for a CVI and I was quoted a price on the repairs that I thought was reasonable. I agreed to let them go ahead with the repairs and I even said make sure to call me if there`s more money involved. First it took 8 days to get the repairs done with no calls except for me calling them to ask hows it going. Only to get Kodi saying ``let me check with the mechanic``. She would call me back with no more information than she had in the first place and leaving me to wonder what is going on in this Mickey Mouse place. After the eighth day, I got a call and my price tag for the repair`s went from 1200.00 to 3500.00 with no call. Truly in the end, its not all about the money, its about the lack of communication and customer service. I tried to call Sean to discuss what happened but no call back, no explanation and no professionalism! He just hid behind an email of the bill! Further more when I picked up my truck it was filthy, they removed the fifth wheel and never greased it after!!! they welded the bumper where it looks like my 10 year old boy could do a better job and on and on... If your going to charge for a premium job, then you had better do premium work! Treat people how you would want to be treated Sean. Do yourself a favor don``t take your equipment here you,ll just end up spending more in the long run due to inept mechanics and an owner that doesnt care about the people that are giving them there hard earned money.

My work uses this shop for our customers trucks (CVI'S, mechanical + cosmetic repairs etc) and we have never had any complaints. I am often impressed with their ability to fit us in last minute when our customers request we sublet repairs we can't do at our shop out and they still turn the job around in a short amount of time. Can't reccomend them enough.

s	shahid ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my abs lights keep coming on from time to time got it diagnosed with these guys they checked and said said they fixed the problem the bill was 800 then next day i found out it was not fixed as i was told so took it in again after 3 days of wasting my time i told them to just stop i had to get back to work still not fixed but i got another bill of 400 from them i just feel like i spent my 1200 to train some of there mechanics would not recommend to anyone to go here REPLY First time i brought there was no abs light second time the light was on and got it diagnosed with the light on so i dont think calling the foreman would help im scared maybe ill get another bill for talking on the fone so thanks but no thanks
