β β β β β I would unfortunately not recommend this company to anyone in the area. We had lined up an order of gravel for 9am on Saturday morning, June 12th. It didn't end up showing up until about 12:40 in the afternoon. There was no communication from the company to my husband about the truck being late, or having issues - he had to call every time to see what was going on and kept being told it would be there soon, etc. We were supposed to be the first delivery, and the first time he called at around 9:30, he was told that the truck was just coming back from a delivery and would be loading up our gravel right after. Then after we called again after 10am, the story was that there was an issue with the truck breaking down and having to get fixed, which we understand as being out of their control. That being said, not once was there an apology about the whole situation and the whole attitude from the person we were talking to was that they couldn't do anything about it, it was out of their hands, etc, and we could cancel the load if we wanted to. We had a very tough time getting a hold of the company and the driver (who we never were able to talk to). We had a contractor sitting there waiting for almost 4 hours (which we were paying for). When the driver got there, it seemed like he didn't even know that he was supposed to be there for 9am. The whole situation was very disorganized and very frustrating as it cost us a lot of money and we were basically told "oh well". We had heard good things from other people about this company so we were very surprised at the way this whole thing played out.
