*Edit: Kyle is working diligently to correct these issues and we are hoping to come to a resolve quickly* Genuinely disappointed with my experience. It started off very positive and Kyle was a pleasure to deal with at the beginning. It felt like it would be very organized and effortless. That was not the case at all. I was told the company was affiliated with multiple bars and chose according to who they had agreements with. On the night of our party our limo was running behind. No big deal, well aware things like this happen. After speaking to the driver (also a very kind and professional individual) we were informed that they would be sending a different limo to take us to our first location and would transfer our belongings once our booked limo arrived. When we arrived at the bar to meet our hostess but she was running behind. Again, well aware these things happen. But the bar had no idea we were booked to be there. It was early enough in the night that they organized a table for us and even set up guest list for us for later in the night in case we wanted to return. All I can say is THANK GOD they did. Our limo ran extremely late all night. Our following two locations had no idea we were coming. Both were at capacity and only one made the exception to let us in. When we transferred from the limo that picked us up -correct size for our numbers- to our “booked” limo where we had multiple guests sitting on the floor. We actually had less guests than what I paid for capacity wise (had 12, paid for 14 seat limo). Our hostess happily drank and partied away with our guests leaving me to deal with the doorman at the locations. The few times I reached out to Kyle about the things happening during the night I was simply given a “these things happen”. Eventually I gave up and just chose to make the best of our night. We returned to our first location who happily took us back in (shout out to Hudson’s on Whyte for your wonderful hospitality). I can understand why there was never any follow up. Short of the fact that we were driven to each location there was zero follow through with everything else promised. I am currently looking to book the second portion of our events which more than double in size and will require transportation and party planning and I can confidently say that there was zero consideration to use Privlege again.

Always great service and such a time and cost saver. I don't have to do ANY of the work or planning but I get to enjoy the night. They send along party captains too which are a godsend! They monitor your group all night and would let us know when it was time to go etc. Thank you Kyle and team!

Organized a bachelor party with Privilege and it was a beauty! Organization was 10/10 the night ran seamlessly. Everyone had a blast. Kyle was great to deal with and kept his word on everything. Would definitely organize another party with Privilege

Couldn't possibly have gotten a better service! Literally took care of everything we needed for my friends' bachelor party. Affordable, and all accommodations were to notch, and the party host was amazing! 5/5 recommend

Absolutely amazing, we did a team party with them and also did our five year anniversary with them both times were fantastic, will definitely book them for more parties in the future, super professional, asks about a bunch of questions to make sure you night is planned the way you want it.
