★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful store. I bought a set of skis which they said were brand new. Skied on them 3 times before they cracked in half. When I brought it to them they said I did something to them when I had only skied on fresh powder. Would do nothing for me except offer me 10% off something else. Consistently blamed me for breaking the skis and would not contact the manufacturer on my behalf. Poor customer service.
Update: after leaving, I brought my skis to the Destination on Pemberton. They were amazingly helpful and are contacting the manufacturer regarding the warranty.
Buy here if you dare, but know you won't get any help if something goes wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive quality skis is a hard find in Vancouver. Simply the most cost effective ski shopping experience I could ask for. Everyone was polite, helpful they even stayed open late just for us. Got some slightly used Salomon alpine skis which I can't wait to use. Thanks !
