★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm enjoying my new apartment at Skaha Shores in Penticton. The apartment is large with an amazing view of the lake and park. I was surprised at the size of the balcony which easily fits my conversation set, the perfect spot for a small summer gathering. The building is very energy efficient and offers the use of a fitness center and spacious common room. The fitness center is perfect for my workouts. I truly appreciate the efforts of the onsite community leaders who provide regular information and assistance if needed. It really feels like home!

Your service people are great, close to amenities, and secure. The building itself seems well designed and built. I would recommend Highstreet in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 1 full year since my husband and I moved in. We are first time apartment people and we were very worried about how we would fit in.
But the community and friendly atmosphere has far surpassed our expectations.
The amenities, our suites, location and outstanding staff are what's keeping us here.
We would recommend our community to anyone and everyone who is looking for a place to call home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been thrilled with our first year at Skaha Shores. The management team here is very professional and very caring. They are this way in part because that is their nature but more importantly they are that way because they too are a part of this community.
We've rented all across this Province and we rank this place as second to none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, for people who enjoy the outdoors, there are beaches, access to rock climbing, biking and great scenery.
The quality of the building and the finishings are fantastic.
Kerry and Candace do an incredible job managing the complex. They truly make it feel like a community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Skaha Shores. The units, amenities, and community culture that high street provides is hard to beat anywhere else. Kerri and Candice do an amazing job at managing the units and responding to all requests promptly. Maintenance needs have been very minor, but the response when they were needed was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend living here!
