M	Madge Sturm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love our Valley View, two bedroom apartment, on the fifth floor with a great mountain view. We use a wheel chair so good underground parking was a bonus. We also had an ambulance here and they commented that this building the best they had ever been in. They were able to get their large stretcher into the bathroom and had lots of mobility in the hallway. Thank You Broadstreet for all the extra planing that went into this awesome design... and then there is Allie's always a smiling face, our cleaning gal keeping everything spotless, and maintenance always here 24/7. Thank You

From the Helpfulness of the maintenance men to the sweetheart clean lady. And the office staff have treated me so kind and been so understanding through this pandemic... I couldn’t of asked for a better home for my family. Also that they are a dog friendly company!! Omg amazing..... as it was so hard when we moved to BC to find anywhere that allowed animals. Keep up the good work Broadstreet!! And thank you so much for everything ?

The manager Sandi Hockney is a great manager she helped my family and I make the transition easy within a 24 hour period we were out of our old place and into a new place. Also we are always informed with whats going on in the building by notices being send out. Maintenace is great when you call they respond and fix the problem right away and a client care call service for after-hours is great has well

The staff are extremely friendly to approach & are on top of any problems that might occur. Kudos go out to the Site Manager & Staff for making our home a pleasant place to live. ?

We have been delighted both with the property in general and love our well appointed suite. Management is responsive and there is always someone to take your call, as needed. Our Site Manager, Sandi Hockney, made moving in seamless and has been very helpful and caring. Her staff are hardworking and delightful. Our only issue is we are disappointed that some tenants smoke on balconies and we are hoping for a change in policy. We would highly recommend Valley Views!
