★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lena is outstanding. She is extremely professional, competent and caring. Dr. Lena took the time to listen and understand my health concerns. The treatment for my shoulder and neck was excellent.
She give me exercises to do at home to help improve my flexibility and range of motion, which I really value. I will definitely be going back for any injuries and to maintain good health.
It's great her clinic is at the Skaha end in Penticton - so close, easy to find and lots of free parking.
I highly recommend Dr. Lena at Skaha Health!

However, Dr. Lena was able to home in on and identify the root causes of these issues and provided me with relief beyond anything I have ever experienced before. She is truly a master of her skill and listens very intently to her patients needs. Highly recommended.
