★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local jar store. The people are local, kind and real. The selection is excellent. So many libations to be bought and enjoyed.
One of the things I love the most about this place is the loyalty points. On days when my money runs out I am still able to buy a drink based upon my past contributions to consumption capitalism.
These folk really give back to the community. Not only that there is a lovely public house (pub) that serves all of the booze and lovely delicious food.
In the summer there is a patio out back where one can enjoy all of this at the end of Esquimalt Harbour.
There is always parking here. Also a covered smoking area. And, praise the Lord, public washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many good things to say, first off awesome staff. Barbara who works the early shift is such a sweetheart. All the staff make an effort to get to know their regulars, they even remember my rewards number without me having to say it (which may be a bad thing LOL) . Also the rewards program is great, in three months I saved enough points for an absolutely free 15 pack of lucky. They often have great sales and promotions going as well. I may be biased as this location is on my way home from work, but the staff and service quality is above and beyond.
