They treat their employees with respect & give them the tools & opportunity to excel.
They create & follow well-documented processes; continuously provide, as well as mandate when necessary, training for employees.
Green as well as the more experienced employees have the opportunity to learn everyday. Ethically managed, Great Pay & Benefits, Training, Advancement.
I know it may seem cliche to rate a company you like with all 5 stars but honestly they're a great company that looks after you if you hold up your end of the bargain as a representative of their brand & image.
Pros
They go the extra mile for their clients and employees. Ethically managed, Proactive Training, Compensation, Benefits, Pay, Opportunity for advancement
Cons
You work outdoors sometimes in extreme weather conditions. Covid lockdowns & provincial restrictions have made scheduling a pain but they do their best to accommodate everyone and their family situation.
