★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take really good care of my dog, but with the no show charges and not even a reminder call, I will not be going back especially with a snarky attitude. If your gonna charge a no show fee for appointments that take two months to get, atleast a reminder call or text would be nice. IMO, but hey "that's not my job, my job is to groom dogs" well sorry then, just lost a customer. I am sure there is more done than just dog grooming in a buisness? Do you sweep or mop the floor, handle cash? It's all part of it, no?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen I can tell you guys right now. that this place is wonderful this is the only place in this whole city that was not biased...... and did not judge my dog and took him in with open arms. he's a European Doberman his name is Achilles there's only one person who cuts his nails and it's been like that since he's a pup I love them they're great people they never judge my pitbull they never judge my doberman and I don't have a small American eh I got a big European take a look
