I am so impressed! They offer a great loyalty program and before you commit to either type of water they offer, you get 5 complimentary refills to taste and then you can decide. The gentleman got the empties out of my car, washed my bottles, filled them up and put them back in my car. GREAT service. I'm definitely going back!

As a cancer survivor with a compromised immune system, alkaline water has made a significant difference to my overall health and hydration. It's a simple switch that made the world of a difference. The automatic water pump saves the hassle that I would often encounter with standard systems, which I have gifted to loved ones on many occasions. Excellent customer service.

Firstly, the Reverse Osmosis water they offer is no different than what I can get at Save-on foods for about the same price. Their alkaline water is ridiculously pricey at 3 times the cost ($9 vs. $3) and tastes no different than RO water, imo. The only reason I would go to these people is for convenience as I refill 3-4 bottles at a time. But I won't be going back ever again. After my last 3 refills PLUS purchasing a new bottle/refill from them the young guy working there smashed the caps on with a rubber mallet, which destroyed the mouth on one of my bottles. I didn't realize it until a week or so later when I popped off the cap and noticed the rim shattered. When I went back (with receipt), explained what happened and asked for a replacement I immediately received a stone walled attitude, no apology for damaging my property, he insinuated it was my own fault for having a "low quality bottle" and refused to replace it (it cost me $14.99 with water). That was the last bottle they'll ever see from me again. I cancelled my account, walked out and will be going back to Save-on foods from now on. There is NOTHING special about their product or service. Use them at your own risk and pay close attention to how hard they smash that cap on the bottle because WHEN they break it, don't expect a replacement unless you buy a new one from them. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. They'd rather lose a regular customer for life than 'simply' take responsibility for damaging my property and replace what they broke.

Been coming here for a while now for alkaline water. Came at 5pm when they were closing and they still filled up my 3 jugs no problem. Excellent service highly recommended.

I never knew what a difference alkaline water would make in my life. A couple years ago I used their alkaline water in my home. Made tea.. made coffee.. even made instant noodles. The water really brought the flavours out of everything to insane levels. The day my 5year old daughter started to notice the taste difference between β€œblue water” (as she calls it) to other bottled waters like nestle... I was convinced it wasn’t just in my mind. Since then, Alkaline water from Simply Pure has been a regular part of our life. They carry a wide assortment of high quality bottles, spouts and accessories. The owner has gotten to know us and it’s always a pleasure to go support him and his business. There definately is some biased drama in the plaza concerning his private parking space... which btw is very clearly marked. So anyone writing terrible slamming reviews saying they never knew is just self serving. It’s as obvious as pulling into a marked handicap spot. The shop is small but efficient and very small business as it comes. It’s been really refreshing to recently see some new energetic athletic employees. Healthy water should compliment that athletic life.

Like most people, I’ve been an avid water drinker for some time…. I never really gave it much thought, what differences there could be between tap water, bottle water and alkaline water. It’s all wet, it all sustains life, what more do you need? Like the fresh prince, after my five free bottles of alkaline water, my life was flipped, turned upside down and I’d like to take a minute just sit right there and I'll tell you how I came to spend $6 for 5 gallons of water. I’m sure everyone has their own stories and experiences but for me, the tipping point came when I combined it with my workout routine. I am a regular consumer of workout supplements: pre-workout, post-workout, proteins and vitamins. I always found that the regular consumption of BCAA’s (increased protein) gave me gas for about an hour after taking it, nothing terrible but still uncomfortable. I always assumed this to be a necessary evil, take the good with the bad. That was until I tried mixing my stuff with the alkaline water, almost immediately the gassy reaction stopped as my Ph levels were balancing out and I found there to be a completely different taste and absorption rate, almost like the water was enhancing the effects of the supplement. Now of course, one could easily assume this to be a knee jerk placebo effect as I was β€œsold” on how great this product is. So, I asked the family how they felt about it and surprisingly they were all reporting the same kind of feeling, better taste, less gas and my wife's heart burn was totally gone. Now, I could end it there and say, β€œcase close, this proves my theory.” But no, more testing needed to be done! I decided to try another bottle of simple reverse osmosis water again and see if the conditions returned….well sadly, they did. Within the first few glasses of going back to reverse osmosis water the gas came back. So what is the take away from all of this, am I doomed to continue buying $6 bottles of alkaline water the rest of my days? Well, no. But will I? Yeah, probably. When I can taste and feel such an incredible difference in something as simple as changing my water, why wouldn’t I continue giving myself and my family the best thing for them?
