They are awesome and excellent in their profession and they are professional in their work as they know very well what they do and how they should do in order to keep customer happy. I have never seen such a body shop by far who treats customer like their family member. They guide for every single thing in a proper way without any intention of ripping off their customers. They've done an excellent job on my vehicle. Impressed! Highly recommended.

The estimator and owner were friendly knowledgeable and explained everything. What was unique and helpful idea was they sent updates once the car was delivered on how the work was progressing and when it was ready for pick up. When I booked the appointment to take the car in they also confirm the time and when I should drop it off. The vehicle repairs front bumper replacement and painting look great. I learned the company is family owned 40+ years and it certainly shows in their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend the shop for bodywork and painting.

They really went out of their way to make me feel valued and welcome. Nick explained the procedure to me and sent me emails with regular updates. My car was ready ahead of time and Helen and Nick explained the repairs, even showing me pictures taken at each stage of the work being done. Don’t look any further, this is the shop you want to use.
