She encouraged us to take our time in the selection of the lot and house design. And then she did something which was unexpected. Gail asked if the layout was exactly what we needed for our family needs. We had the opportunity to make some tweaks that made the house our home. When Gail turned us over to the design group, Emma and her team picked up the great service and worked with us tirelessly to make sure everything was just right. The entire experience, from the day we visited the show home and met Gail, to the day that we took possession, was fantastic. Gail worked with us to align our closing date with some important family changes and we got the unit and the location that we wanted. The design consultant (Susan Hendricks) was great to work with and extremely helpful, responsive and patient with the many custom changes that we made along the way (including moving walls to redesign the basement). The Silvergate team kept us updated with every step and we closed ON TIME and ON BUDGET. Seeing the inside for the first time had me in tears because they truly made my dreams come true. Thank-you Silvergate.
