★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE customer service!!!! The lady in particular who does the alterations is extremely rude and sarcastic towards customers. There are better and cheaper dry cleaning and alteration places elsewhere! would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Silver Star Cleaners and Alterations for 12 months now. Since I have been a customer, I have been treated with the upmost respect, care and guidance.
I have dry cleaned sweaters, polo shirts, dress shirts, pants and a $700.00 Suede Shearling coat that was brought to life like it was brand new.
Not only is this a Dry Cleaner in a great location, they also offer Alterations and Passport Photos that are 50% cheaper than anywhere in Pickering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly ive done everything from leather alterations to Pants narrowing, shirt dartng dry cleaning pressing and have been going there for years. They offer consistently good results, not the best, but good. My cloths are often wool, cotton, silk, leather and they keep all of them in good shape. If something isn't right, which it rarely is, they admit and correct the mistake. These guy are not the upper tier of dry cleaning but they are honest and consistent with work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaner. They consistently destroy garments and then deny responsibility. The first time it happened I was uncertain so I gave them another chance. This time they stained my pants, ridiculed me in the store, called me names and were disrespectful. She claimed that it came with those stains and could not be removed. Why did they take the job if they were not competent? Why didn't they contact me to make me aware of all of the "efforts" they had to go through. I would not recommend these cleaners to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. Do not use this store, or you will waste your time. The owner often do not be at the store. When I brought my clothes, I had to wait for 30 minutes in front of the store. When I tried to bring my clothes back, I had to wait another 20 minutes again. I tried to phone her, she never answer her cell phone when she is absent from the store.
That happened a couple of times. decided I will not come back again
Her way of doing business is so unprofessional.
