★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here multiple times the past few weeks and they've not carried spicy chicken as advertised. Very disappointing as I drove out of my way to come to this specific location as not all locations offer it. Not only did they not have spicy chicken prepared but I was told it would be a 20 minute wait to order regular chicken as well. I don't believe I'll be coming back again after being let down over and over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through kfc application. Went after half hour at the time allocated for pickup. They didnt knew that somebody ordered online. Just started making sandwich. Really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blond cutie with tattoos was very kind and helpful and understanding of my love of thighs lol she made sure i was satisfied and i thank her for that. Even though i live in ajax, im willing to drive down here for the extra special customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized, slow, counter person did not appear to know the menu, prices or sizes of items. And it was a Tuesday evening. Good thing I checked the bag before I left, they forgot to put a sandwich in.
The Scorcher was overdone anyway. I don't recommend. The Zinger is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this location multiple times. They are Disorganized, slow, and I have waited over 20 mins for my food. A Big Disappointment! Chicken pieces is so small, one chicken leg is cut in three pieces and breast is half side. It’s Ridiculous.
I went to Ajax KFC and chicken side better. I am done with Pickering KFC too any disappointment. I understand Covid change things but KFC!!
