Unethical behavior, extremely rude employee/manager. Employees working there are very rude and don't even have an idea on how to treat the customer. The lady who served me was so rude to the point where her face was turning red I did nothing to her I felt so uncomfortable I had to return my food I will never be going to this Dairy Queen please go to another one do not go here you will ruin your day

Great combo deals made to order. Big dining room and small outdoor patio in the summer. Drive thru can be super busy in the evenings.

For the most part, the service is great, tho I have had a few problems with the drive thru. They need a new speaker system to start. They cannot hear the customers properly when placing their orders. They are supposed to repeat it back but they don't always do that. A few weeks ago, it was my 3rd time getting the wrong meal, in a year. I complained the 2nd time and was told that it had to be 3 times before they would comp the meal. I found that rather amusing. I always order the sauce and tossed chicken strips but seem to end up with the dry ones. Very frustrating when you get rhe wrong meal at a drive thru. I started checking it but wasn't always able too as I was driving. Either way, I shouldn't have to check it. The last time I complained a few weeks ago about the same error, I spoke with Suzie. I have to say, she handled the situation very professionally. DQ has quality food and we are usually happy with our meals, other than receiving the wrong meal. Kudos to Suzie for taking care of us and for her professional attitude. It's refreshing to speak to someone who cares and that goes above and beyond, for the customer.

Ordered 6 chicken strips and found I was given only 4 when I got home. Got back in car and drove back. Was treated like I ate the missing two. No apology that they got my order wrong and for having me drive all the way back to get the right one. No ketchup and bbq souce in bag. The woman who is the manager here has no etiquette in dealing with customers no wonder that some of her employees are no better. Check your order before you leave the drive-thru to avoid being treated the same.

Incredibly long wait for 4 small blizzards. I can live with a delay, but I sat at the pick-up window for nearly 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement, meanwhile I see my order sitting on the counter. Eventually we were served 4 watery blizzards. 5 staff members inside and nary a single one seems to understand what customer service is. Won't return.

Very upset with my last experience. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line to get a blizzard cake. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard cake and when I arrived home, I found it to be the incorrect cake. They gave me some type of fudge cake. I called to tell them about this and they told me to bring it back to exchange. Upon arriving there, I told them it was an inconvenience, not to mention the cost of gas to travel back and forth however, customer service did not do anything for me. Very disappointed with the service at this location.

Not happy with my food. Order two $8 chicken Strip meal deal one came with three strips one came with four mind you the price has gone up over the years and the quantity keeps on going down. The Strips keep on getting smaller there soon turn into nuggets. Was charged 40 cents extra for Sprinkles and a $1 extra for Oreo bits Oreo bits wasn’t aware till after when I ask for my bill. If I was told it was extra I would have stuck with the regular sundae toppings. Even for a $1 for Oreo and that’s all I got.

Can more people be like the great person behind the counter when I went today? She made suggestions about different products available (lactose free) and a multi pack would be a better price. The whole time she was smiling and busy, with one customer after another. The pandemic just made their drive thru busier and this location can handle it. Congrats to a great DQ location. Why not park and go inside? Most of the time the drive thru is great too, but it can get busy!
