This clinic has been my life saver, if not for this clinic and all the great doctors and nurses as well as Bharti and Lana who have been so awesome in accommaditing me in all of my appointments through out the years. when i first came to the clinic I was in major pain, I could not stand up straight had major migraines. i look forward to my appointments every week knowing that when i leave the clinic i'm going to be pain free for 4 days . i am very thankful that i have the Silver Pain Clinic to come to. So i will say to anyone seeing this if you have chronic pain and would like to be pain free PLEASE call the clinic and speak with one of the wonderful people there. They will help you. From the first step you enter the building you are greeted with a friendly smile. The staff is there to answer any questions you may have. They are all hardworking staff. Dr, Isles is a very kind and patience person. She is very knowledgeable in her work and very gentle in giving injections. It seems that the injections are starting to work on me. Since COVID 19 hit the area so hard, the staff makes sure the centre is safe to enter. They make sure you are waring your mask at all times. Thank you David

In less than a year I can walk and drive pain free without a cane and medications. Thank you is not enough for giving me quality of life. This clinic is the best kept secret that everyone needs to know about.
M	Marissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this pain clinic twice in the last month, and I have nothing but positive feedback! I have a herniated disc in my spine and it's been completely debilitating. After spending 3 miserable weeks in a hospital in Brampton, where much of the staff could use a crash course in patient care/bedside manner, it was so refreshing to attend Silver Pain Centre. During both of my appointments, I was surrounded by supportive doctors and nurses. The clinic has Covid protocols in place. I'm a plus-size woman, and quite self conscious, so I told the female technician or nurse that I was feeling a bit shy in my open-back gown (since I'd be lying, face-down and awake for my whole procedure). She then closed the door, and prepped me alone, covering the lower half of my body with a sheet before allowing the male doctors to enter the room. It's really the little things that make you feel comfortable when you're nervous for a procedure or operation. I was referred to this clinic for spinal injections to try to alleviate some of my persistent pain. After my procedure, I had a severe headache, and the nurses kept me on a stretcher for awhile to monitor my BP, provide me with pain meds - basically just to make sure I was okay before sending me home. :) I had to have two sets of back injections before I felt relief, but it's now been two days since my last procedure and I'm definitely starting to feel better. I would highly recommend this location and appreciate all that they've done for me.
P	Pearl McNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been literally going to Silver medical(was Rothbart). I see Dr Motlani and he is so amazing and I am so lucky to have him as my Dr there. He cares for his patients so much. I really don't know what I would do without him. Bharti is so amazing and compassionate She is a great person and always there to listen to the patients, even though she is busy, they are so lucky to have her there working, she has compassion to the patients and is such a wonderful person.

The last visit which was Friday January 7th I had an appointment with Dr.Isles at 1140am. I walked in the lady that was in the front (very rude by the way) started asking me for my health card which is not a problem but the delivery guy came up and she just cut me off as I was asking her what she needed from me and continued on to talk to him. Then the next patient came and she did not even check his health card number. She just spoke to him nicer than me. Then I went to the back and waited for Dr.Isles and the nurse (William) told me that phones werent allowed; so I put my phone away. I pulled up my laptop and was just typing up some work that I needed to do since the clinic was running behind.The nurse manager came to the area where I was sitting and yelled "WHY IS SHE ON HER LAPTOP". very rudely actually- not sure that a manager should be talking to someone like that showing absolutely no professionalism. Moreover, I mentioned to her that the sign said no cellphone- there was nothing saying no electronics. Watching someone yell at their staff like that in front of patients is really unacceptable and not being treated with respect in a clinic where you are a patient is disgusting. The only reason why I would still come to this clinic is because of my treatment with Dr.Isles and the nurse William is actually very nice and polite and professional.

M	Maja Manic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is welcoming, from the front desk staff to the doctor. Temperature checks are quick and I am always greeted with a smile. Sandra at front desk is always friendly and incredibly helpful. She is always willing to assist with appointments, with a good attitude and very personable. The anesthesiologist is gentle and willing to discuss past anesthesia experiences to make the current one as pleasant as possible. The nurses are incredibly attentive. Post procedure, they constantly come to check to ask how I am doing and ensure I am as comfortable as possible. Dr Gofeld, despite his caliber of professionalism and talent, is superiorly personable. He is ease to communicate with, understand, and makes his patients very comfortable at every visit. I am very thankful for Silver Pain Centre - they have improved my life significantly and I am appreciative for every staff member at the clinic.
