Ashley was amazing and I can't thank her enough! We had a small ceremony at Tunnel Mountain Reservoir and a private dinner reception at Silvertip Resort and Ashley handled all the details and running around from start to finish. She organized all the vendors, did all the decorating and pick ups, and made sure everyone had a detailed itinerary of when and where everything was going to be. Planning a wedding in Alberta from Ontario would not have been possible without her and she was a calm reassuring voice for us through all the ever changing regulations due to Covid. I highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking for a beautiful and stress free wedding day, I am so glad we found her!

Ashley & Erica were absolutely incredible! After planing a Covid wedding (and like THREE weddings) she was beyond patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I would be lying to say I wasn’t a bridezilla at times and she brought me down to a more manageable level which I appreciate. Booked Ashley to plan our 2022 wedding, worked with her for a handful of months. I put in all the leg work on finding venues and any contact that needed to happen with them. Would wait over a week for email responses from her and About 18 months from our wedding we decided that we felt so uncomfortable going forward with her that we cancelled. Didn’t trust that she would actually pull our big day together and saw other bad reviews reinforcing those concerns. She wouldn’t return our $1000 deposit because she has said no to other brides for that date- even though I’m sure since then she has filled the date. She was recommended to us by the bridal boutique in Calgary and we later found out it was one of her best friends that gave the referral, not the actual business. Waited a long time to leave a review, wasn’t sure if I wanted to bother, but when you are picking a wedding planner you have to pick one and trust photos/reviews and I wish we had known sooner.

Ashley was incredibly accommodating throughout our wedding planning. We had a lot of changes with COVID throwing wrenches in our plans and Ashley was also willing to work with us to make our wedding happen! Our actual wedding day went smoothly because of Ashley, she kept us on time, made sure that our venue was perfect, and took care of any small issues that arose. She was responsible for it being the best day of our lives. We are glad we hired a day-of coordinator, and are also glad Ashley was with us.

Without Ashley's help we would have been SO lost! She helped us plan our simple & intimate wedding this summer (July 2021). She gave us our options for vendors and locations to look at and choose from, once we made the decisions she took care of the rest. We had an intimate ceremony at Rundleview parkette and a dinner at Murrieta's (also highly recommend). We were able to fully enjoy our day while Ashley ran around all day taking care of all the details. We really couldn't have done it without you Ashley! She made our reception space beautiful even with our minimal decor. She went above and beyond by letting us borrow her speaker for the night. When my fiancé (now husband) and I got engaged, we knew that a wedding planner was something we needed. At the time, I was a full time immunology student who was studying for the mcat exam, and working as an independent biology researcher. Due to my busy lifestyle and my ADHD, I understood the difficulties I would have planning our wedding in the Canadian Rockies with our entire guest list living in other parts of Canada or globally. I connected quite quickly with Ashley and when COVID-19 changed our world, Ashley was with us every step of the way. There was constant changes with our wedding including our dates and budget. With changes in venues, florals, and so much more, Ashley dealt directly with all of the vendors. She would spend hours with me on the phone and gave me her professional advice when I needed it. She looked at my Pinterest boards and talked me through some hard decisions we had to make because of the pandemic. On October 30th 2021, my wedding day, Ashley made sure that any issues that occurred happened without me noticing. There was an issue with the cake at 3am the night before. Ashley was able to resolve the issue in that short time and to my surprise at the reception sat a cake designed exactly like the one on my Pinterest board. The venue came up to me on our wedding day and told me they could not find our deposit, and before I could turn into bridezilla Ashley handled everything! Our wedding turned out so smoothly and in all honestly, I whole heartily believe that it was Ashley who made that happen. I received so many compliments on how lovely our wedding was and I kept saying, “it was Ashley… it was my wedding planner”. The day after our wedding, I met with Ashley and told her that I understood our professional relationship has come to an end, yet because we have stayed connected for so many years trying to plan my wedding, I can’t help but feel that I am losing a friend. She agreed and what once started as a professional agreement between a bride-to-be and a well organized and professional wedding planner, turned into a friendship that I will cherish for the rest of my life. We still stay connected to this day. I am giving Ashley a 5 star review, not because of our friendship, but because my wedding day turned out so beautifully and was the best day of my life in a moment in time that will go down in history known as unprecedented times. If you are like me, and do not want to be overwhelmed during the planning of your big day, please take the time to consider hiring Ashley as your wedding planner. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Ashley in February 2021 to plan our Banff wedding with 150 guests in September 2021. Ashley planned our entire wedding on a tight timeline, including: budgeting, venue selection, menu creation, vendor selection, décor and design, fittings and trials, and wedding day coordination. Working with Ashley, we appreciated her talent, experience, vendor and venue relationships, work-ethic and demeanor. Our vision was accurately conveyed to high-quality vendors, all of whom exceeded our expectations. Many of our requested last minute adjustments were accommodated with efficiency and grace. And the wedding day was executed perfectly.
