★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joël et Marco nous ont servi 2 soupers et ont organisé une dégustation de bières locales pour un offsite corporatif.
Le service avant, pendant et après les soupers a été remarquable.
Avant l'événement, Joël m'a questionné sur nos attentes et y a répondu avec un menu sur mesure.
Il est arrivé avec Marco avant le souper en apportant tout le matériel, toute la vaisselle. Ils ont fini les préparations en toute discrétion.
Durant le souper, il a assuré un service parfait.
A la fin du service, il est repartit avec le tout, en toute discrétion.
Joël, comme son équipe, est passionné par la cuisine et par le service.
Il a offert une prestation clef en main et tous les participants du souper l'ont apprécié!
La qualité de la nourriture servie est aussi remarquable ! Wahou ! Marco a pu accommodé des personnes ayant des restrictions alimentaires. Ils ont cuisiné des plats variés et excellents (bison, cerf, bar ...)
Je recommande donc chaleureusement de faire appel à Joël et son équipe pour tout événement corpo dans la région de Mont Tremblant ! Succès garanti !
 Joel and Marco served us 2 dinners and organized a local beer tasting for a corporate offsite.
The service before, during and after the dinners was remarkable.
Before the event, Joel asked me about our expectations and responded with a tailor-made menu.
He arrived with Marco before supper bringing all the equipment, all the dishes. They finished the preparations discreetly.
During dinner, he provided a perfect service.
At the end of the service, he left with all, in all discretion.
Joel, like his team, is passionate about cooking and service.
He offered a turnkey benefit and everyone at the dinner enjoyed it!
The quality of the food served is also remarkable! Wow! Marco was able to accommodate people with dietary restrictions. They cooked varied and excellent dishes (bison, deer, bar ...)
I therefore warmly recommend to call Joël and his team for any corpo event in the Mont Tremblant region! Success guaranteed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super équipe, impliquée avec la Société canadienne du cancer au Gala des Grands Chefs des Laurentides pour une deuxième année en 2020. Le chef Marc-Antoine Lessard nous avait concocté en 2019 le plat principal du gala que les convives de la soirée ont eu la chance de déguster, en témoignant que c'était le meilleur accord mets et vin des 9 dernières années de l'événement. Ils reviennent pour la 10ième édition du gala pour s'occuper des bouchées! Ça promet!
Super team, involved with the Canadian Cancer Society at the Grands Chefs Gala des Laurentides for a second year in 2020. Chef Marc-Antoine Lessard had concocted in 2019 the main course of the gala that the guests of the evening had the chance to taste, testifying that it was the best food and wine pairing of the last 9 years of the event. They are coming back for the 10th edition of the gala to take care of the appetizers! It promises!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the tapas tasting menu plus some pub fare for later. We had delivery because you know...lock down.
Tapas: Parmesan black tea crisps, New Brunswick snow crab with sprouts on a crisp (I did not bother with the miso sauce), fois gras with crab apple jelly on brioche, beef tartare with truffle oil, scallops in champagne sauce, mini wild boar pogo, guinea fowl and artichoke gratiné. All Heavenly.
The duck confit leg was a bit salty for my taste but the girls loved it.
HOWEVER. I would walk through waist deep snow and punch a bison in the nose for any of the BBQ - the ribs and pulled pork are next level. Sweet and tangy sauce, fall off the bone but with some texture left for a good chew. Subtle smoke. Masterful.
Will definitely do it again when in the region - hopefully with the full in-house Chef experience. Service in making arrangements and timing of delivery were top notch. The price would have been acceptable at half the quality - lucky we did not have to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via text during COVID. Response was prompt and was delivered right on time to our hotel room in St. Jovite! (I hesitated at first because the address was listed as 49km away)
Had the 1/2 rack of ribs and they were amazing! The salad is good but it's worthwhile going for the homemade fries to mop up the rest of the sauce.
Hubby had the duck and it was equally good.
Son is vegetarian so he had the 4 cheese pizza and it was delicious but just can't compare to the BBQ dishes :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joel and his team were seriously a dream to work with. Like many, I contacted him in a panic after my wedding venue fell through because of COVID. Joel was immediately so kind and helpful. He was by far the easiest vendor to work with for our wedding. On the day of, the food was AMAZING. Our guests have been talking about it since. Everyone also appreciated Joel and his team's awesome attitudes. They made everyone feel taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend having Le Ratelier as the caterer for your wedding. I cannot express how happy we are. Thanks SO much, Joel!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Le Râtelier! Joel and his team catered my husband’s birthday party and they did an amazing job with the food as well as the service. Joel was wonderful to work with, he was always very responsive to emails, he created a delicious menu of appetizer-style foods for the dinner, and was a pleasure to be around. Charlotte was as equally amazing in personality and with her service during the party, she kept the food circulating and drinks topped up. We would definitely have them cater parties in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. A big thank you to the whole team at Le Râtelier for the fabulous evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joel the owner of le Ratelier is truly amazing! My wedding in bermuda had been cancelled so I ended up finding a private home in Mont-tremblant for my wedding. Searching, emailing tons of caterers in the mont-tremblant area I knew right away when I received an email back from le ratelier they were “the one”. Immediately Joel made me feel so taken care of and understood! We created a beautiful menu together and he executed everything so seamlessly the day of the wedding! The food was amazing, the service was perfection his team is absolutely the best they took care of our guests every need at all times! He also took care of my wedding cake and it was a copy paste of a picture I sent him from Pinterest not to mention it tasted like heaven! I am beyond happy and thankful I found Joel! Thank you Joel for being so amazing and taking care of us all the day of the wedding!
