Chef François a été d’une discrétion exemplaire et malgré l’exiguïté de la petite cuisine du condo de Tremblant que nous avons loué, il a su nous concocter un délicieux repas. Notre petit-fils de 8 ans a spontanément remercié le François pour l’ensemble de l’oeuvre. C’est tout dire ! Excellent meal (4 courses) by Chef François Daoust!!! Our guests greatly appreciated all the cutlery that was served to us. Chef François was of exemplary discretion and despite the small kitchen of the Tremblant condo we rented, he was able to concoct a delicious meal for us. Our 8-year-old grandson spontaneously thanked the François for all of the work. That says it all!

Add to this was he dealing with constantly changing Covid rules just as restrictions were lifting... I do sincerely wish him and his staff luck knowing that all clients dealing with him will be well taken care of.

We loved the food so much we weren't speaking at the table the whole time as we were enjoying his food so much ! He served us and explained the meals he prepared for us. The meat and octopus was so tender and just delicious.Chef Francois is super nice,flexible and he prepares really good sized portions ! he truly gave us a unforgetable supper and I would highly recommend! I would rebook him to try other things on the menu ! Thank you so much for the experience !
