★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with many mortgage brokers but nobody was able to satisfy my needs as Sigma Mortgage did. The team is absolutely amazing, especially Kevin Ramer. He is very professional, always getting back to e-mails and phone calls and finished everything way before due date. He is extremely patient and easy to work with. I encourage all my friends and relatives to choose him as a mortgage broker and if I will ever buy a house again I will certainly close him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend that anyone looking for a mortgage in Canada consider Sigma Mortgage. The team members I worked with—Shawn, Kim, and Kevin—were efficient and responsive during the process. Best of all, with exception of meeting with the lender, the whole process was handled online. Overall, a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good mortgage broker. They can find very competitive rates and has great service. However, they can be slow to return messages/calls due to large number of client requests. Planning ahead with your mortgage would avoid any last minute scrambles. Overall a great service provider. I highly recommend Sarah Williams, as she handled my account like a pro and provided my with some good insights.

From rate search to application to finalization, they went above and beyond.
Extremely responsive, questions were answered within hours.
They explained everything I needed to know in plain language and got me the best rate possible.
We found a lower rate closer to closing, Sarah put the application through using the information they collected during the initial application. Shockingly seamless and easy process.
Thank you for making getting a mortgage stress free!
